Stop by the city park for a FREE, fun, family event with the Iowa PBS STEAM trailer. All ages are invited to join us for exploration and play as we host the STEAM Trailer filled with activities centered around science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Come out and celebrate summer with a pool party summer picnic! We'll be at the Recreation Center's Outdoor pool. Picnic lunches will be provided for children and families signed up for the summer program. Open Swim will be from 10:30 am to noon for registered children and their parents/caregivers/guardians. Following open swim, the library will provide picnic lunches along with certificates and incentives for completing the summer reading program.
