Water and Sewer
The City of Ida Grove manages water and sewer utilities. When paying your water/sewer/garbage bill, the bills are delivered to you the first of every month. If you do not receive a bill, please call the city at 712-364-2428 and a duplicate bill will be sent to you. The bill is payable on or before the 15th of each month. If the bill is not paid by the due date, a ten percent delinquent charge is added to the bill. It is then payable by the 30th of the month or the water may be disconnected. A $30.00 off fee and a $30.00 on fee during regular hours, and $80.00 on fee during weekends and after 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, is added to the current bill and all need to be paid for the water to be restored.
