FY26 Proposed Property Tax Rate Explanation

Attention Taxpayers:

City Staff & Leaders are excited to share the following information regarding the City’s portion of property taxes:

The City of Ida Grove will be REDUCING the CITY property tax rate by .7128/$1,000 of taxable valuation for fiscal year 2026!

The City Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed FY25 budget at City Hall, located at 403 3rd Street, at 5:30 p.m. on April 15, 2024.
