Deputy Kinnaman began in June, 2015. Deputy Kinnaman was previously the Chief of Police in Moville, Iowa, and was also in the U.S. Army. Deputy Kinnamon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and is also a state recognized Field Sobriety Instructor, Active Shooter Instructor, and Reserve Instructor.
